We hope you will join us as a sponsor of the Windy City Poker Run benefiting the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Our goal this year is to raise money to benefit this wonderful charity.
The Poker Run is scheduled for August 5th & 6th 2005. The weekend will begin Friday night August 5th with Make-A-Wish rides in the boats and cars from 4pm-6pm. On Saturday, the festivities begin at 9 a.m. with five stops, departing from Winthrop Harbor. The weekend is concluded with the awards and live entertainment Saturday evening.
Your sponsorship in this event will benefit a very worthy cause, the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
$3000 SPONSORSHIP LEVEL
As an official event sponsor, your fee of $3,000.00 includes one boat or car entry, tickets for four to the event and an official Windy City Poker Run embroidered race shirt. Your corporate logo will be included in all event publicity...website links, participant t-shirts, poker run water/road course poster, event handouts and souvenir DVD. Sponsors will also receive honorable mention at the awards dinner and ceremony to be held Saturday, August 6th.
Your consideration of sponsorship for the Windy City Poker Run is greatly appreciated, however, the sole purpose of this charitable event is the Make-A-Wish Foundation children and their families. At the request of ownership, this is not to be used as an opportunity to display or sell your products. Sponsorship banner publicity limited to Windy City Poker Run social gathering area. Banners and/or signage must be provided by sponsors.
